3. A Country of Jobs – Economic revival fueled by diaspora investment and grassroots entrepreneurship.

Guiding Principles

• Sovereignty: No externally imposed governance.
• Diaspora Leadership: 4.5M Haitians abroad as catalysts for change.
• Inclusivity: Engage all factions—civil society, private sector, marginalized communities.
• Rule of Law: Justice and security as foundations for recovery.

Political Solution Out-Of-Crisis

  • Establish a Haitian-owned transitional authority representing all factions.
  • Reject foreign-appointed interim governments.
  • Reform electoral laws preparing for free, fair, and credible elections.
  • Reject foreign-imposed governments and externally brokered political settlements.

Diaspora-Led Humanitarian Response/ Intervention

  • Immediate Quick-Wins:
    • Haiti Street Olympic 2030: Sports-based community rebuilding.
    • Mobilize the Haitian diaspora for quick-win relief projects in food security, healthcare, and education.
    • Launch community-based reconstruction programs, including Haiti Street Olympic 2030, to unite communities through sports and cultural activities.

Security & Justice Reform

  • Disarm gangs while upholding human rights standards.
  • Prosecute vigilante “bwakale” violence and create rehabilitation programs.
  • Strengthen and professionalize Haiti’s police and judicial systems.
  • Train Haitian-led security forces (no foreign troops).

Economic Revival & Global Partnerships

  • Channel diaspora remittances, diaspora expenditures, diaspora purchasing power into sustainable local business development.
  • Advocate for debt relief, targeted investment, and trade—not military occupation.
  • Build solidarity-based alliances with African, Caribbean, and Latin American nations.
  • Haiti Leadership: International Conference on Creole Speaking Countries.
  • Haiti Leadership in Music Internationally.

Electoral & Democratic Reform

  • Overhaul Haiti’s electoral system to prevent “popularity contest” politics.
  • Strike the right balance between popular backing and stakeholder confidence. 

Global Advocacy & Diplomacy

  • Demand UN policy shifts:
    • Rescind Resolution 2699 (foreign troop mandate).
    • Redirect aid to Haitian NGOs, not foreign contractors.
  • Strengthen ties with Africa & CARICOM for solidarity-based support.

Mobilizing Haitian Expertise

  • Recruit diaspora professionals for institution-building, tech innovation, and policy reform.
